Key Review Excerpts

Physical and Occupational Therapy were very dedicated to his recuperation and physical rehabilitation. All his special needs were attended to quite satisfactorily.

Long-term resident's family · 2020★★★★

Poor care..Dad got cold food..no washcloths and towels..pee on floor just wiped up with a dry mop which left it like moping the floor with pee.. dirty urinals left out in open..made to stay in bed because they didn't have enough help to get him up etc.

Long-term resident's family · 2021★★☆☆☆

We rang the buzzer 3 times to get in. I tried to call them too. No answer. There wasn't an answer until the Mail Man showed up. Then when we went thru the doors the alarm went off. As we entered we finally found 1 person working... When we went into his room it smelled terrible.
