Key Review Excerpts

They don't check the patients every hour and a half to two hours like we were told. The food is disgusting ,every time they have food brought to the room it was cold and unedible.

Family member · 2023★★☆☆☆

I will never send any family member to this facility unless there is someone present at all times they have left my mother soiled since she has been there they haven't given her a shower she is itching really bad

Family member · 2025☆☆☆☆

While we were there he called the nursing station to be changed. Over 35 minutes later, when we were leaving I stopped by the station (with 5 of them standing) and asked why no had come by yet.
