What this means for your family

While Monroe Manor receives praise for its rehab therapy and friendly atmosphere, the recurring reports of pest issues and slow response times are major red flags. I strongly recommend visiting during off-hours or weekends to observe staffing levels firsthand and asking management directly about their current pest control protocols.

Monroe Manor presents a polarized experience for families, with some praising a warm, family-like atmosphere and attentive care, while others report severe concerns regarding hygiene and neglect. While many reviewers highlight the kindness of the staff and the quality of rehab services, critical reports of pest infestations, slow response times, and potential resident safety issues suggest significant inconsistency in operational standards.

Key Review Excerpts

They are cockroach infested! They stated the cockroaches are an ongoing issue. They only allow 3 showers a week! Took over 45 minutes before helping came to assist with going to the restroom

Family member · 2024☆☆☆☆

I have only been here on a short stay for rehab recovery due busted ribs, I must add the physical therapy team work well together, with the same goals to get a patient back to their normal pace in life

Rehab patient · 2024★★★★★

Do not send your family here the food is awful and the care is average at best. They are always short on help slow to answer calls and very slow some days to get medication. They have had a bedbug problem
