  • 1Given the recent focus on physical therapy here, how do you integrate those sessions into a resident's daily schedule to ensure they aren't missing out on social activities?
  • 2I understand that maintaining personal hygiene and grooming is a top priority for our family; what specific systems do you have in place to ensure these daily care needs are consistently met for every resident?
  • 3When a family member has a concern or a question about their loved one's care, what is the standard process for escalating that to management to ensure it is addressed promptly?
  • 4With the current staffing levels, how do you ensure that staff members have enough time to provide personalized attention and meaningful social interaction beyond just the clinical tasks?
  • 5Could you walk me through your protocol for handling medical emergencies, and how do you keep families informed during those critical moments?

Key Review Excerpts

Physical Therapy was phonemonal, however the aids and nursing staff is the reason for the low rating. We had taken many concerns from the lack of showers, teeth not put in before meals, and the safety risks my family member faced to the DON and she just brushed it off as no big deal.
