Miller Nursing Home faces severe and consistent criticism regarding patient neglect, poor communication, and unprofessional staff behavior. Families frequently report that their loved ones suffered from preventable complications, such as severe bedsores and rapid health declines, while staff were observed to be inattentive or preoccupied with personal devices. While some older reviews mention positive experiences with wound care and cleanliness, the overwhelming majority of recent feedback warns against placing family members at this facility.

Key Review Excerpts

My daughter was placed here for a year and it was thee worst experience she had ever endured. My daughter is a quadriplegic, and we had to involve law enforcement for patient neglect.

Long-term resident's family · 2025☆☆☆☆

The amount of time the staff spends on there cellphones astounds me. Some of the nurses seem like they care but the majority seem like they can't be bothered.

Long-term resident's family · 2025☆☆☆☆

EVERY TIME WE WENT WITHOUT CALLING FIRST THE PLACE WAS ALWAYS A MESS! THEY WOULD TRY AND HOLD US AT THE SIGN IN DESK JUST SO THEY COULD CLEAN HER AND THE ROOM BEFORE WE WALKED IN.
