What this means for your family

Given the consistent reports of neglect and slow response times, we strongly advise families to visit frequently and unannounced to monitor the quality of care. While some staff members are praised, the facility's history of poor communication and alleged abuse makes it a high-risk choice; consider other options if your loved one requires significant assistance with daily living.

Key Review Excerpts

This place is awful , there is people hollowing for just a glass of water, begging and pleading for them to bring water, my patient there had to throw something in the hallway because they never answered her when she pushed the button !

Memory care family member · 2025☆☆☆☆

They were horribly rude to my grandmothers roommate and wouldn’t help her get in or out of the bed, sit up, eat, anything. She would lay in bed and just cry quietly until someone would finally come in and say “what you cryin for???? Well what can i do about it”

Long-term resident's family · 2019☆☆☆☆

These people were very abusive to my father. They were supposed to be doing rehab and didn’t and lied to the insurance company and said they did twice a day. Just threw the food tray on the table and not fed him.
