Key Review Excerpts

My mother n law was sent here for pt before she left hospital she was able to stand by bedside she came here and became hoyer lift only ......she lost weight due to not eating the food that looked like cat/dog food.....sounds like residents answer the phones ....the staff doesn't return phone calls.

Long-term resident's family · 2025☆☆☆☆

If I could give them a -5 star I would. They neglected my mom to the point she had a pressure sore one stage away from needing surgery to correct. I believe if I would have left her there one more week, she would have died.

Long-term resident's family · 2023☆☆☆☆

I walk in her room an can smell a funny oder . I walk over to my sister and it's her, I look at her an her face, ears, neck, hair, her hands and under her finger nails was so dang nasty . My sister can't remember the last time they even gave her a bath.
