Key Review Excerpts

Staff and especially the director here is disrespectful and rude. I had the worst experience with them While visiting a good friend of Mine who unfortunately resides at this place.

Friend of resident · 2025☆☆☆☆

One nurse told us she was afraid to get vaccinated and wouldn't do it and nurses walk around with their noses uncovered and after asking for water for a patient we were told we had to wait till shift change 15 minutes away. 30 minutes later we had to get the water ourselves.

Visitor · 2021☆☆☆☆

The cooks don't know jack squat. They cross contaminate their cooking utensils, throw perfectly good food away without asking, they are rude, they don't care if they're in the way and loves to take over your job.

Former employee or family member · 2019☆☆☆☆

Families filed multiple complaints over three years reporting serious concerns about resident protection from abuse, accident hazards, and infection control.
