What this means for your family

This facility shows a clear divide between high-quality hospice/rehab services and significant failures in basic daily care. When touring, ask specifically about their current nurse-to-patient ratios and their protocol for preventing pressure sores and falls, as these have been recurring points of failure for multiple families.

Key Review Excerpts

My step-father just came home after spending 30 days here. He was only given 1 shower. He was given poor care as he came home with a very serious pressure sore that will now require hospitalization.

Family member · 2025☆☆☆☆

The rehab team is amazing and definitely gets people back on their feet. Their dietary team has fantastic meals. The nursing staff are a dedicated team that works hard to keep everyone healthy while working with complex medical situations.

Family member · 2025★★★★★

The staff at Meadow Brook is terrific! But—they are very short staffed. Also they knew my son was a fall risk—and yet they had no alarm on his chair, & he fell.
