How They Respond to Reviews

100%response rate
Good

The owner uses a highly structured, template-based approach for positive reviews, often repeating the same phrasing about sharing feedback with leadership. However, they demonstrate high-quality engagement with negative reviews by acknowledging specific concerns and providing a direct email for resolution.

The nurses would take forever to answer my mom's call. She called me crying a few and times because nobody had helped her get up in time to go to the bathroom and then they'd take forever to go change her.
