What this means for your family

This facility is frequently praised for its effective physical therapy and clean environment, making it a potential candidate for short-term recovery. However, families must be vigilant regarding staffing levels; multiple reviewers have highlighted significant delays in medication and call-light response times. We strongly recommend asking the administration specifically about their current nurse-to-patient ratios and how they handle medication timing for new admissions.

Key Review Excerpts

The caregivers at Marquis Plaza Regency were great. They were kind, compassionate, and professional. The doctor made decisions without seeing or talking to my dad. The discharge planning was terrible.

Long-term resident's family · 2025★★★☆☆

The floor nurses are amazing and the CNA's were just as amazing. Attentive, friendly and as helpful as they can be, considering they are understaffed. I believe they need 2 more extra CNA's per hallway.

Long-term resident's family · 2025★★★★

The staff is BEYOND AMAZING!!! Might take them a minute to get to your room because they work so hard and have multiple patients. The PT and OT staff were BEYOND AMAZING as well.
