Bedroom #5 had a faulty window crank; window could only be closed from the outside.
HVAC vent covers in resident bedrooms, hallways, and common areas were covered with dust/dirt.
Bedrooms #10 and #11 had thick, black dirt/dust on the ceiling near the vent.
