“Our family was very disappointed in the care, communication, and lack of consistency with Lynridge. They were very poor at returning phone calls. Some caregivers were attentive, but others didn't seem very interested. Lots of turnover (including director), skipped/missed medications, obvious inadequate training for caregivers to properly assist residents, and not providing the level of care our mother was being charged for were our main concerns.”
