How They Respond to Reviews

The owner uses highly repetitive, templated responses that follow a strict formula. While they personalize the messages with the reviewer's name, they rarely address the specific details of the complaints, instead relying on a standard script to redirect users to a customer care line.

Key Review Excerpts

The staff and management are absolutely incredible—kind, attentive, and professional. I visit every day for lunch and dinner, so I’ve seen how they work and care for their patients. The food is phenomenal.

Short-term rehab family member · 2025★★★★★

The nurses station was empty and I had go find someone on several occasions. When I would go there she had food all down her shirt and in the wheelchair. Every week we go, her clothes would be missing and her shoes.

Long-term resident's family · 2025☆☆☆☆

I came to them with a broken hip and didn’t want to move because I was in so much pain. They were so patient and encouraging that I really started looking forward to therapy. So I am much stronger now!
