What this means for your family

While the facility's therapy department is highly effective for physical recovery, recent reports suggest a decline in basic daily care and administrative attention. When touring, ask specifically about their process for laundry management and how they ensure residents are checked on regularly throughout the day.

Key Review Excerpts

They had my dad walking and back to normal within two weeks. I just can’t say enough about this place.

Long-term resident's family · 2026★★★★★

They for whatever reason couldnt keep the 8+ outfits we had there for her clean so she was constantly out of clean clothes. They kept writing the wrong name on her food forms my mom corrected it multiple times and they continued to do it.

Rehab patient's family · 2025☆☆☆☆

She stated she had been sitting in a recliner since 8A and the only time she had seen someone was to bring her food. No one had checked in on her.
