What this means for your family

While the facility receives high marks for short-term rehabilitation and therapy, the recent reports of neglect and aggressive financial communication are serious red flags. If you are considering this facility, we strongly recommend conducting unannounced visits and speaking directly with current residents' families to verify that basic care standards are being met consistently.

Key Review Excerpts

My father recently was a resident there for a short term therapy stay. I cannot say enough nice things about the staff. They were so kind and compassionate. The food was amazing And the therapy staff was amazing.

Short-term rehab family member · 2025★★★★★

I have never been so disappointed with a nursing home facility. I do not and would NEVER recommend this place. On several occasions I've expressed concerns and been reassured my concerns would be addressed and handled appropriately. Never happens!!!

Family member · 2020☆☆☆☆

My mom is blind they push her out in hall leave her for hours she was scared and couldn't find her room. No shower for over a week and every time I came in to see her she would be soaked and her food would be in room and she wouldn't know it because she is blind.
