What this means for your family

While recent reviews suggest a more positive environment, the recurring reports of understaffing and slow response times are significant red flags. We strongly recommend visiting during off-hours or weekends to observe staffing levels firsthand and asking management specifically how they handle medical monitoring and hygiene assistance for residents with high needs.

Key Review Excerpts

We have been very happy with the loving staff at Lincoln Haven caring for my 92 year old father. They are easy to communicate with, and even seem to enjoy his quirky personality. When we visit, the place is organized and clean.

Long-term resident's family · 2025★★★★★

Nothing new to report compared to other reviews, missing clothes (and they were labeled), food, med issues, etc. Tried to convince my mom clothes that weren't hers were. Too many things to list, care was hit and miss but mostly a miss. Glad we got mom out.

Long-term resident's family · 2024☆☆☆☆

This place is the worst!!! Family member went to this place after a hip surgery and was mistreated not bathed for days not dressed or even offered to get dress served cold food and when dropped on the toilet days after surgery and was in obvious pain had to ask for pain medication and then that took hours!
