What this means for your family

This facility offers strong physical therapy outcomes, which may be beneficial for short-term recovery. However, given the serious reports of hygiene issues and communication failures, we strongly recommend conducting unannounced visits and closely monitoring your loved one's daily care if you choose this facility.

Key Review Excerpts

When I first arrived, three weeks ago, I couldn’t walk, get out of bed without help, or use the bathroom without help. I will be leaving in a couple of weeks and now I can walk, and I’ve been able to get in and out of bed without assistance.

Rehab patient · 2024★★★★★

My mother was there and had dementia she was treated ok but after she passed away in the hospital I went to pick up her belongings. I was not allowed to go to her room the staff packed up her items in 2 boxes and brought out her TV no power cord and no remote.

Memory care family member · 2022★★★☆☆

If you have a love one that needs help i STRONGLY advise you don’t go here. My uncle was basically STARVED to death here. His room was disgusting. Sat in a pop diaper bc they wouldn’t change him.
