Questions for Your Tour

  • 1We've heard wonderful things about the warm and attentive nursing staff here, but how do you ensure that same level of care is maintained during shift changes?
  • 2Since we want to make sure our loved one stays healthy, could you tell us more about how the dining services are managed and how nutritional needs are met?
  • 3How do you keep family members updated on a resident's daily well-being and any changes in their health?
  • 4In the event of a medical emergency during the night, what is the specific protocol for notifying the family and providing immediate care?
  • 5What kind of daily activities or social programs are available to help residents stay engaged and connected with others?
  • 6We noticed many people praise how clean and well-maintained the manor is; how often are the resident rooms and common areas deep-cleaned?

This place is awful. They do not take care of there responsibilities on walking their patients they are rude and I've seen things that is not good .there are some nurses mean to patients . This is not a good place to send family members they do not notify you when the patient goes to hospital or is throwing up constantly.

Family member · 2021☆☆☆☆

I've heard terrible things about this place. Inedible food, raw sometimes, and no care or attention put into proper nutrition.
