202 reviews analyzed“Lehigh Acres Healthcare & Rehab Center receives polarized feedback, with many families praising the dedicated activities department and specific staff members for their compassionate care. However, significant concerns regarding medical negligence, poor communication, and facility cleanliness—specifically reports of pests and cold, inadequate food—are frequently cited by dissatisfied families. Prospective families should weigh the strong social programming against the serious reports of inconsistent nursing oversight.”
