Key Review Excerpts

They took 30 minutes to an hour before getting our mom on the bedpan everyday, which resulted in uti's and kidney infections. They also neglected to take our mom to her kidney Dr.

Long-term resident's family · 2025☆☆☆☆

Very dirty place, the residents goes days without baths. Some of the residents are treated very poorly as well some of the nurses let the CNA pass their meds narcotics and all because they are lazy.

Long-term resident's family · 2025☆☆☆☆

Call light and urinal was not in place for loved one to reach. Additionally call light was extremely long. Therefore loved one could pull on it multiple times without it actually calling the nurses station.
