Key Review Excerpts

Legacy stays shorthanded and very few actually care or have the time for someone that needs extra care. We were there every day for about 8 weeks. When we asked for help or needs it took hours or days and if they even did it at all.

Long-term resident's family · 2026☆☆☆☆

The attending staff has a horrible attitude most of the time and the place smells like urine and poop every time I go to visit my parents there. It takes about 30 minutes before I go 'nose blind' until then I feel like I am going to vomit from the smell!!

Long-term resident's family · 2018☆☆☆☆

My father had horrible bed sore due to not being turned. The staff is more concerned with their general conversations with their co-workers instead of the residents who needs their attention.
