Key Review Excerpts

My mother was at this facility for only a respite stay, which is consisted of 5 days. While she was there she has had two visits to the hospital by EMS and to which us as the family were not made aware of the transport or that there was even an accident at the facility.

Respite care family member · 2023☆☆☆☆

This place is filthy and has a horrible odor at all times. They do not take care of the patients and neglect them! They steal the patients personal belongings and let them sit in soiled diapers for hours!

Family member · 2023☆☆☆☆

Most of the CNAs here on first and second shift refuse to do their jobs to the point that they won't help the residents use the bathroom. The nurse named Liz on second gets passed if the residents request anything.
