What this means for your family

While the facility is frequently praised for its high-quality physical therapy and compassionate staff, the recent increase in reports regarding hygiene and delayed response times is concerning. We strongly advise you to visit the facility in person, specifically checking the cleanliness of the bathrooms and observing how quickly staff respond to call bells during your tour.

Key Review Excerpts

My mom has dementia, and therefore, some days my mom has good days and some days are very difficult. The staff... all treat my mom with respect and dignity. They have all taken the time to truly know my mom.

Memory care family member · 2024☆☆☆☆

The level of care, cleanliness, and overall experience is extremely concerning. Most alarming part of this experience, a surgical incision was not properly cleaned or cared for, which led to an infection and resulted in my grandmom being sent back to the hospital.

Long-term resident's family · 2026☆☆☆☆

I would say 16% of the staff is nice!! 84% are nasty!! Never smile!! I went to the nurses station to tell them I think my moms room mate fell in the bathroom! They finished their conversation, walked over to get gloves…and then they walked to the room!
