Key Review Excerpts

My father was in there and is now in PCU after this place wanted him to stay another day and wait 24 hours for more blood work

Long-term resident's family · 2025☆☆☆☆

The nurses and aids are nice and show respect. They have multiple activities for the residents almost every day. They have a library and a room where people can and do socialize.

Long-term resident's family · 2025★★★★★

My mom just came home from there after a 2 week stay due to a fall. . That place should be shut down. Not checking her blood and she’s a diabetic , not answering when she rang the bell to use the bathroom, horrible food, dirty room, And crazy people in The halls at night screaming and trying to choke people.

This facility has recurring problems with fire safety systems and electrical maintenance across all three surveys, with sprinkler systems, smoke barriers, and emergency lighting repeatedly cited. One family filed a complaint about accident prevention and supervision. While all deficiencies show correction dates, the persistent pattern of fire safety and infrastructure issues suggests potential ongoing maintenance challenges families should inquire about during visits.
