What this means for your family

While the therapy department is frequently praised for helping patients return home, the facility has serious, recurring reports of poor hygiene and neglect. Before choosing this facility, we strongly recommend conducting an unannounced visit to inspect the cleanliness of the rooms and meal service, and asking management directly how they address reports of bed bugs and staff responsiveness.

Key Review Excerpts

My mother is currently there doing rehabilitation after a stroke. This has been an awful experience. There are a few nurses and CNAs that are wonderful but the majority of them are absolutely awful. They with hold medication just to be mean and leave them sitting for hours in there poop and urine.

Rehab patient's daughter · 2024☆☆☆☆

My 87 year old Dad took a bad fall from a ladder in February 2021. He spent 39 days at Lancaster Health and Rehabilitation. Everyone there did an amazing job getting him back to being able to return home independently.

Rehab patient's daughter · 2021★★★★★
