What this means for your family
While the therapy department is frequently praised for helping patients return home, the facility has serious, recurring reports of poor hygiene and neglect. Before choosing this facility, we strongly recommend conducting an unannounced visit to inspect the cleanliness of the rooms and meal service, and asking management directly how they address reports of bed bugs and staff responsiveness.
