Key Review Excerpts

I found this nursing center to be clean, very attentive to clients. I have seen many nursing homes that when you walk in there is a Smell that is undeniable. This one is not that way the staff is friendly and it looks very very clean.

Visitor · 2025★★★★★

The facility is VERY understaffed. I call and can never get through to my Dad. Its just a shame how they treat their clients.

Long-term resident's family · 2024☆☆☆☆

Took my mother here for rehab from Vascular leg surgery. They did not take care of her at all as they said they would. Medications, getting her her personal items, pads and walker etc... I removed her in the first 24 hours.

Families have filed complaints that led to findings of safety hazards and inadequate accident prevention, with the same safety issue cited twice in separate complaint investigations. The facility shows recurring problems with resident care and safety, respiratory care, and food service across multiple surveys. While all deficiencies have correction dates, the repeated safety violations following family complaints raise concerns about consistent care standards.
