What this means for your family

The facility offers a beautiful environment and an excellent sales team for initial tours. However, because recent reviews suggest a decline in security and food consistency following a change in ownership, families should specifically ask about current security protocols and food management stability.

Key Review Excerpts

The food is delicious and I frequently eat with my mom. But most importantly, the staff is caring and wonderful and as my mom has needed more help, they can step in and make [it work].

Assisted living family member · 2024★★★★★

My mother-in-law enjoyed Lake Park for many years until the recent purchase of it by Pacifica. After the purchase, the internal communication and quality of services declined rapidly, including decreased security (random people entering the building and apartments), and regularly running of food, which is so awful!

Long-term resident's family · 2024☆☆☆☆

I'm happy to report their staff was consistently attentive and engaged during all my visits and phone conversations. I sincerely believe that they did the best they could to give my mother the respect and personal care anyone would expect.
