What this means for your family

While the facility offers a clean environment and effective physical therapy, families should be extremely cautious regarding the quality of daily care. We strongly recommend asking for a detailed plan on how the facility handles communication during health crises and how they monitor resident hygiene and dietary needs, as these have been significant points of failure in past reports.

Rehab patient · 2019★★★★

Mom would often wait 45min-1 hour for required help to or from the restroom. The doctor came by only one time 8 days after admittance and change all her meds to the "required facility brand, dosage of medications".
