What this means for your family

While the administrative and social services team is highly praised for their helpfulness and professionalism, families should be aware of serious, recurring concerns regarding medical oversight and staffing levels. We strongly recommend conducting an in-person tour and asking specific questions about how the facility manages infections and ensures adequate staffing during weekends and night shifts.

Key Review Excerpts

The facility took care of my grandma during her final days, and there was one staff member that always went the extra mile for her and treated her as if she was part of her family! Inge is absolutely amazing and she always went above and beyond for my grandma!

Memory care family member · 2025★★★★★

Neglect and inadequate care at this facility led to the death of my father after recovering very successfully at the hope hospice. Went in for a few weeks tops, they failed to treat an obvious infection that was already documented, and ultimately failed to notify us of this as he went downhill rapidly.

Long-term resident's family · 2024☆☆☆☆

I was satisfied with the staff and nurse care facility kept clean. My only suggestion is it could use a little updated. Colors inside is gloomy and sad. Be nice to cheer it up! It's bed enough our elderly have to be in there. Make it cheery.
