What this means for your family

While the facility is often praised for its clean environment and effective therapy programs, the recurring reports of severe neglect and staffing shortages are critical red flags. If you choose this facility, maintain a high level of daily involvement, monitor your loved one's skin integrity, and ensure you have direct contact information for nursing leadership rather than relying on the general office line.

Key Review Excerpts

There is a huge issue with staffing. Call lights can go over 30 minutes without being answered.

Memory care family member · 2023☆☆☆☆

The PT/OT are wonderful and aides; Michelle, Trish, Jo, T, Lou and Susie are great but they are overworked bc they have so few aides. Their business office manager, Misty does not return emails nor does she return calls.

Long-term resident's family · 2024☆☆☆☆

I found the entire staff to be very attentive and caring. The family was updated and all questions were responded to and answered quickly by the Nursing Director.
