What this means for your family

While the facility is praised by many for its atmosphere and administrative leadership, the serious allegations of neglect in a past review warrant caution. We recommend scheduling an unannounced visit to observe hygiene standards and resident engagement firsthand to ensure the facility meets your expectations for care.

Horrible place animals are treated better. The residents decline rapidly they don’t get bathed or shaved even leave them in continent. Put them in depends so they don’t have to take them to bathroom. Drug them, don’t follow doctors orders, lost my loved ones teeth, glasses and clothes within first 24 hrs! Needs to be shut down!
