What this means for your family

Kirby Pines offers an exceptional lifestyle and dining experience that many residents love. However, because multiple families have reported significant issues regarding the return of entrance fees and potential negligence in the rehab unit, we strongly recommend having a legal professional review the contract before signing and conducting a thorough tour of the specific care unit your loved one will occupy.

Key Review Excerpts

My mother has been a resident at Kirby Pines for over ten years. She has experienced care as a Garden Home occupant, a resident in the Gallery Manor, and the Ready for Rehab center. At all levels of care, she has been treated consistently by staff.

Long-term resident's family · 2024★★★★★

Buyer beware. This is a very nice facility and they talk a big game. However, they do not follow through on promises made. Getting anything taken care of after they have your very large check is like pulling teeth.

Family member · 2023★★☆☆☆

My dad terminated his contract with Kirby Pines before taking up residence at the facility. He is owed his entire Entrance Fee and they have not paid it to him. Kirby Pines has been drawing interest on it for 10 years.
