Key Review Excerpts

The place is dirty the smell of urine and feces smack you in the face! You can never get anyone on the phone! The nurses do not answer the phones and the social worker and directors do not return calls!

Family member · 2024☆☆☆☆

The Therapy Team at Kensington is Absolutely Amazing!!! They work so well together to accomplish the goals of the residents. I have seen first hand how they take people that cannot do anything for themselves to being completely independent and able to care for themselves.

Family member · 2022★★★★★

My dad has been abused and neglected. One of the aids were moving him in the bed and pulled on his affected hand and actually broke it!!!!! The staff then lied to me about it being broken
