What this means for your family

While the facility offers excellent rehabilitation therapy and has a very responsive concierge team, the recurring reports of severe understaffing and neglect are critical red flags. If you choose this facility, ensure you have a plan for frequent, unscheduled visits to monitor your loved one's care, as response times to call bells appear inconsistent.

Key Review Excerpts

My brother was supposed to get wound care and instead his wounds became terrible infected and he had to be hospitalized on iv antibiotics. I also found his roommate on the floor and no response from the call bell.

Long-term resident's family · 2024☆☆☆☆

The PT and OT are phenomenal in helping patients recover and regain their strength. I had a severely crooked walk and posture in from previous injury. PT works wonders - very committed to helping their patients.

Rehab patient · 2025★★★★★

The facility, most nights is understaffed, and patient care is jeopardized. The rooms are cramped with two beds, and a restroom that is shared by the neighboring room, and all is in need of updating.
