Based on observation and interview, the manager failed to ensure poisonous or toxic materials were stored in a locked area and inaccessible to residents. Findings include: 1. During an environmental inspection of the facility, the Compliance Officer observed a cabinet below the kitchen sink had magnetic locks on both doors. However, both magnetic locks were found to be non functional and the Compliance Officer was able to open the cabinet without a magnet. Inside the cabinet, the Compliance Officer observed various cleaning chemicals including, "Granite Gold Stone & Tile Floor Cleaner." 2. In an interview, E1 acknowledged poisonous or toxic materials were not stored in a locked area and inaccessible to residents.

Based on observation and interview, the manager failed to ensure a swimming pool enclosure's gate was locked when the swimming pool was not in use. Findings include: 1. During an environmental inspection of the facility, the Compliance Officer observed no residents or staff were in the backyard at the time of the inspection, and observed the swimming pool was not in use. However, the Compliance Officer observed the key had been left in the swimming pool enclosure's gate and observed the gate had been propped open. 2. In an interview, E1 acknowledged the swimming pool was not locked when the swimming pool was not in use.
