What this means for your family

While the facility offers a beautiful, hotel-like environment and excellent physical therapy, the recurring reports of medication errors and poor administrative communication are serious red flags. If you choose this facility, you must be prepared to be a highly active advocate for your loved one, specifically monitoring medication administration and ensuring care plans are followed during weekends and nights.

Ignite Medical Resort Tulsa is frequently praised for its modern, clean, and resort-like atmosphere, with many families highlighting the professionalism and kindness of the nursing and therapy staff. Key Review Excerpts

The nurses and PT staff are great. The support staff not so much. They had to be asked repeatedly to wash my mother's clothes and when they did they lost 3 pair of her pants leaving her nothing to wear one day.

Long-term resident's family · 2025★★★☆☆

My wife’s grandfather was there to recover from a second stroke and both times they gave him the wrong medication or feeding bag. I think leaving a loved one in this facility is dangerous.

Family member · 2026☆☆☆☆

The physical and occupational therapists here are wonderful. My mother has been here for a few weeks and overall the care has been between decent and great. Some of the staff is exceptional, but as with any medical facility it’s best to keep a close eye on things.
