What this means for your family

While recent reviews suggest a positive shift in culture and leadership, the facility has a history of serious communication and hygiene issues. I strongly recommend visiting in person to observe the current staff interactions and asking for a detailed explanation of how they handle billing and resident hygiene requests to ensure your loved one's needs will be met.

Key Review Excerpts

The positive changes at this facility since new staff including CNA’s, Nurse’s and administrations. The atmosphere feels more welcoming, the place is cleaner and more organized, and the level of care and professionalism has greatly improved.

Family member · 2025★★★★★

We had my grandma here for a short time, where she quickly accumulated bedsores. We received an unclear bill and were hung up on by “Needa” when we called about paying it.

Grandchild of former resident · 2024☆☆☆☆

The amount of money my family paid for them to sit in there mess whilst staring at blank walls all day to only be broughten cold burnt food. The staff is extremely unfriendly and unprofessional to the point my family was not comfortable asking for basic necessities such as receiving a bath or nail clippings.
