Meal and food records: Meal census records were incomplete for several dates in June and July 2023.
Kitchen and dietary: Dish machine heat levels were not being tested to ensure proper sanitization of dishware.
General maintenance and storage: Cleaning chemicals (Clorox, disinfectant, etc.) were stored in an unlocked cupboard accessible to residents.
Kitchen and dietary: Items in the kitchen refrigerator (including mayonnaise, ketchup, and meats) were not always dated.
