Key Review Excerpts

The CNAs are wonderful and experienced. The building is filled with love. Not everyone has had a good experience but I will continue to praise the hard work and unwavering dedication of house staff there.

Visitor · 2023★★★★★

My mom pictured below with the injuries to her face and brain died October 17, 2024 after a serious injury (she fell) on October 12, 2024. Their response to the whole situation was very cold. They thought it was ok to have just 1 cna on at night.

Family member of deceased resident · 2024☆☆☆☆

This place is neglectful to patients, short staffed, and makes excuses and blames patients when they get extremely hurt including broken bones on their watch. CNA'S ARE ON CELL PHONES MOST OF TIME.

Families have repeatedly filed complaints triggering inspections that revealed serious concerns including abuse/neglect protection failures and infection control problems. The facility shows recurring deficiencies in care planning, infection control, and safety/building issues across multiple surveys. While all violations have been corrected, the pattern of complaint-driven inspections and repeat issues in critical areas like resident protection and infection prevention suggests ongoing care quality challenges that families should carefully evaluate before placement.
