Key Review Excerpts
“My mother came to Hermitage House when she was 100 years old- she had been living on her own with relatives checking in on her several times a day. From day 1 Mom loved Hermitage House- they took her to all the activities - pizza parties, music programs, bingo, etc plus made sure she was escorted to & from the dinning room for every meal.”
“I am amazed at the inefficiencies and problems that the facility has. Both residents were in the Healthcare portion, NOT independent living.”
