What this means for your family

Heritage Park offers excellent physical and occupational therapy, making it a strong candidate for short-term rehabilitation. However, the facility has recurring reports of neglect and poor communication during long-term stays. We strongly recommend visiting in person during off-hours to observe staff responsiveness and asking specifically about their protocols for call-light response and hygiene assistance.

Key Review Excerpts

They have done all of the following: left my mom in diapers for hours. Ignore her cry’s of help though out the night. Gave bruises and diaper rashes from not keeping her clean.

Long-term resident's family · 2024☆☆☆☆

My sister was sent there from St Mark's hospital where she was degraded , disrespected and was slowly dying in the ICU. In these 2 short months they have her off the ventilator, doing physical therapy daily and has an incredibly positive outlook on life.

Long-term resident's family · 2022★★★★★

They neglected and abused my father by witholding food and failing to move him. He has bed sores all over his back. They didn't move him for days.
