Key Review Excerpts

The PT/OT is first rate, the nursing care is excellent, good food, and lastly, the facility is spotless/odorless.

Long-term resident's family · 2025★★★★★

Heritage Hall Rich Creek is amazing. They truly care and love these patients. They seem to love their job. Activities are great and Tyler and Deb are amazing. The food is delicious.

Long-term resident's family · 2026★★★★★

I am disappointed, due to the loss of my husband's hearing aids which is a cost of 5 Thousand Dollars. It was the employees job to keep up with his hearing aids when they were removed at bedtime and then they were to be replaced at morning time.
