What this means for your family

Heritage Hall offers a clean environment with a well-regarded physical therapy team, making it a potential option for short-term rehab. However, families should be vigilant regarding nursing oversight; we strongly recommend observing how staff interact with residents during meals and asking for a clear plan on how medical concerns are escalated to management.

Key Review Excerpts

The nursing and physical therapy department did an excellent job of getting my Father to where I could manage his care at home by myself.

Long-term resident's family · 2015★★★★★

Main complaint is bed was to short and crank operated. Toilets to low. We had to bring his riser. Theirs are different. And the shower faucet needs fixing. Equipment and room toilets need updating.

Family member · 2025★★★★

He is legally blind and struggles with day to day task and most of the nurses and staff are not caring or helpful. He should be walking to his meals but they are not patient enough to help him so they just wheel him down in his wheelchair and leave him.
