Key Review Excerpts

They WILL NOT administer that medication until they get order from the doctor to do so. They will let them go indefinitely without their medication if they don’t think they have the paperwork.

Long-term resident's family · 2024☆☆☆☆

The nurses do not communicate with each other about patient needs, from shift to shift. Every time I went in and asked questions about my mother's health, progress, plan or anything whatsoever, the nurse on shift didn't have an answer.

Long-term resident's family · 2025☆☆☆☆

The Staff were so helpful and lovely... ALL of them! They pitched in where they were needed whether it was their department or not. They had an "I CARE" attitude.
