What this means for your family

The Havens at Pensacola has a strong reputation for effective rehabilitation therapy and a clean environment, which many families appreciate. However, because multiple reviewers have raised serious concerns about understaffing and neglect, we strongly advise that you or a family member remain physically present daily to advocate for your loved one's needs, especially during night and weekend shifts.

Key Review Excerpts

The staff at The Havens was friendly, attentive & always helpful. They even followed up with us after our loved one was discharged to make sure we were OK.

Family member · 2025★★★★★

The physical facility is nice, but like the other area rehabilitation facilities, it is woefully understaffed. So be warned, if your loved one is sent there... you or a family member, need to be physically present EVERY day.

Family member · 2024★★★☆☆

My wife had the worst treatment there. She layed in the bed for a week and no one ever checked her blood/sugar. The woman is diabetic.
