Key Review Excerpts

Harley Health Care has amazing staff, especially in the Alzheimer’s & Dementia wing. The building itself may need renovations but I don’t care about the building. I have personally witnessed how they treat my loved one, and the other residents, with love and consideration, even when they think no one is watching.

Memory care family member · 2024★★★★★

My sister in law was a resident there for 3 years, before that her dad was a resident for 6 years. I could not recommend any higher. The staff was always pleasant and took excellent care of them both.

Long-term resident's family · 2019★★★★★

Some days you don't get a cna all day long other times it is 30 minutes to hour before they get to the room. A lot of time they don't even have a cna for the night shift no one did not put one on to cover. We pay to much money for this kind of services.

1 complaint-triggered

This facility shows a concerning pattern of recurring fire safety issues across all three surveys, with repeated deficiencies in fire alarm systems, sprinkler maintenance, and smoke barriers that suggest persistent safety management problems. Families filed at least one complaint that led to findings about quality of care standards, and the facility has also had issues with resident rights, infection control, and medication management. While all deficiencies show correction dates, the repeated fire safety violations across multiple years indicate ongoing challenges with maintaining basic safety systems.
