Key Review Excerpts

The staff didn't do a proper admission. There were no gloves in the room, the heat was on and it's 84 degrees outside. Medication was not reviewed. It took 24 hours to get the appropriate call light and it took 48 hours to get guard rails.

Family member · 2021☆☆☆☆

My mom declined here and got sicker. She barely received any therapy, which was the whole reason of her being there. They are so understaffed, we waited almost an hour for her to use the restroom.

Daughter of resident · 2023☆☆☆☆

I am very pleased with the care my mother received at Hamilton. The staff are very kind. The food is good and it is very clean. The best part, however, is the staff.
