Key Review Excerpts

The place is infested with mice and roaches. In fact, they have rodent traps everywhere. I’m terrified of mice and so was my aunt. There was never enough staff to care for the residents.

Memory care family member · 2025☆☆☆☆

The nursing staff are competent and easy to work with on the rehab unit. The PT/OT department were constantly encouraging my progress. Bartlett was fantastic.

Rehab patient · 2024★★★★

My 88 year old mother was in Guggenheimer for 5 days for Respit while I went out of town. I am very disappointed with the very poor care that they gave her. Family members went to visit with her and her clothes were filthy and her adult briefs were soaked.
