While some families report wonderful care from specific CNAs, the recent pattern of severe medical neglect and poor administrative responsiveness is a major red flag. If you choose this facility, you must implement a rigorous daily monitoring schedule and verify that staff are responding to calls and medical needs promptly.

The staff here was extremely friendly and courteous. The interactions I witnessed while I Visited were extremely nice. The only reason I can not rate them any higher is for the facility it's self. The place definitely needs a renovation and the smell is a bit much.
